BIOGRAPHY
Ruban Ketheeswaran brings a decade of blended public and private sector experience in the field of Human Resources Management at a senior executive level capacity. His specialized areas of expertise include Strategic HR Management, Competency Mapping, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Talent Retention including Developing Promotion and Career Advancement Strategies, Strategic Workforce Planning and Succession Planning.
As a member of the Williams HR Consulting team, Ruban is dedicated to partnering with our clients with the aim of elevating the strategic value of Human Resources when developing business strategies.
He brings an exceptional perspective to people management through his multidisciplinary approach of looking at HR issues not only from a business perspective (strategic HR) but also considering its various facets of management science, psychology, sociology, spirituality, economics and organizational behavioural aspects.
Ruban has been engaged in a number of projects for small to medium-sized organizations in both profit and non-profit sectors including a United Nations Development Program aimed at maximizing growth and improving business performance through effective people management policies, procedures, and HR tools.
Ruban holds an MBA Degree specialized in Human Resources Management, a B.Sc. in Industrial Management and a Diploma in Counselling Psychology. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) through the Human Resources Professional Association and has his designation as an Associate Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (Assoc. CIPD) through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK. He is interested in both psychology and spirituality, and has conducted research on the “Need for Integration of Spirituality in Counselling” for his Diploma in Counselling Psychology.
In his spare time, Ruban enjoys doing relaxation yoga exercises and meditation. He had also provided counselling services to the victims affected by war and natural disaster as a volunteer.
