Heather is a strategic, results-oriented HR leader who is skilled at designing talent management programs that align people strategies with business goals. She has over 15 years of HR experience and has successfully delivered winning HR strategies in high growth companies across diverse sectors, including, but not limited to retail, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation and home services. Based on her successes, she has earned the reputation of trusted advisor and change champion. As a consultant, Heather works collaboratively with her clients to distill complex challenges into winning people- centric solutions.
An avid traveler with a penchant for languages, Heather has studied and worked in Japan, England and Spain and speaks three languages fluently.
Heather is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader and holds a master’s degree in Labour and Employment Law from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University).
In her free time, you can find Heather riding her bike on beautiful trails in the Greater Toronto Area or volunteering with Camp Enterprise and World Class Jamaica- a charity she co-founded in 2016.
